I had a slight problem with the motor on this product and unfortunately it was out of warranty. However, Lake Restoration took care of me, and I’m 100% satisfied!! Great people to work with!

Works like a charm. Lake froze before I was able to install, but after opening a small hole roughly under the middle of dock structure, the de-icer burned about 3” ice depth from a 25’x30’ area in 4 hours or so. I only need to run intermittently to be ice free now. And next year will be ready before ice up!

Second year of use. Got one of the ropes tangled in the motor the first year and was worried the engine was shot. Removed the rope and put it back in the water and no problem.
